Phenom XL G3 modern desktop scanning electron microscope
Based on the documentation provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific, we manufacture the Phenom XL G3 desktop electron microscope. This is the second-generation model, which we are successfully bringing to final production. We manage the entire process—from documentation preparation and verification, through meeting NRTL certification requirements, to final acceptance testing and shipment to the customer.
Preparation includes assembly tooling, manufacturing work instructions, and the transfer of know-how required for electron microscope production. Our production engineering team maintains ongoing communication with suppliers, oversees the quality of incoming parts, and, in cooperation with the Quality Department, addresses the technical requirements associated with manufacturing.
Production takes place in certified cleanrooms (ISO 8, EN ISO 14644-1:2015), where all microscope subassemblies are integrated and the unit is finalized.
